The Pipeline Library is a consolidated online resource that exclusively houses electronic information files utilized by stakeholders and pipeline safety industry professionals including: forms, frequently asked questions (FAQs), glossaries, archives and information pertaining to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).

In March 2011, former Secretary Ray LaHood and former PHMSA Administrator Cynthia Quarterman issued a Call to Action to all state pipeline regulatory agencies, technical and subject matter experts, and pipeline operators to accelerate the repair, rehabilitation, and replacement of the highest-risk pipeline infrastructure and as a result, all related documents, letters, and reports have been archived here. |
