PHMSA offices are located in five regions across the country and headquartered in Washington, D.C. The Training Center is centrally-located in Oklahoma City.

Training Center (Oklahoma City, OK)

The Training Center is centrally-located within the heartland for both hazardous materials and pipeline safety, hands-on classroom training. A cadre of technical experts in Oklahoma City and satellite training staff in each of the PHMSA regions provide strong training and program support. The Center also provides web-based training and distance learning for participants.
