Enbridge release - July 26, 2010
Discovery of a crude oil leak on July 26, 2010 in the pipeline between Griffith, Indiana to Sarnia, Ontario.
 
ExxonMobil - 3-29-13 AR Pipeline Failure
PHMSA issued a Corrective Action Order to ExxonMobil Pipeline Company as a result of the operator’s March 29, 2013 failure in Mayflower, Arkansas. The order prevents ExxonMobil from restarting operations on the failed segment until the agency is satisfied with repairs and is confident that all immediate safety concerns have been addressed.
 
ExxonMobil Laurel, MT July 2011
On July 1, 2011 a failure occurred on ExxonMobil Pipeline Company's Silvertip Pipeline in Yellowstone County, Montana resulting in the release of 750-1000 barrels of crude into the Yellowstone River. The failure occurred in the vicinity of Laurel, Montana.
