Mission

To support the readiness, training and deployment of medical assets within the Regional Health Command-Central (Provisional).  Assimilate the training and readiness policies of the Department of Army, the United States Army Medical Command and the Commanding General of the RHC-C(P).  Advise and assist all RHC-C(P)Subordinate Commanders and Sergeant Majors on training and readiness issues.

• Annual Training Site Support  The support planning and utilization of the region's AC/RC medical assets.

• Medical Training Coordination  Providing current command training guidance to subordinate hospital commanders.  Monitor training programs ensuring regulatory compliance.  

• Readiness Reporting  Analysis of Unit Status Reports, Ammunition Reports and other readiness indicators of subordinate hospitals.

• Mobilization and Emergency Preparedness Planning  Review of existing plans and policies.
