Staff members serve on national professional engineering organizations and technical committees which include the Airfield Asphalt Pavement Technology Program (AAPTP), American Concrete Institute (ACI), American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), Transportation Research Board (TRB), American Society for Civil Engineers (ASCE), Innovative Pavement Research Foundation (IPRF), Institute for Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE), International Society for Asphalt Pavements (ISAP), International Society of Concrete Pavements (ISCP), North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), etc.
