Directorate of
Human Resources
To provide base-level human resources services to military members and DoD civilians
assigned to the United States Southern Command and its locally attached units and to members
assigned to the United States Army Garrison – Miami.
Services include but are not limited to military and civilian
personnel services as well as in-out processing, official passport and visa processing,
substance abuse program management, education services to include test administration,
records management, mailroom operation, and Identification and Defense Enrollment Eligibility
Reporting System (ID-DEERS) services to eligible population such as active duty, reserves,
retirees and family members.
