INTERVENE . ACT . MOTIVATE
Sexual Harassment involves unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, or other verbal, non-verbalor physical conduct of a sexual nature that:
Is made a reqirement or condition of a person's job.
Is used as a basis for career or employment decisions affecting an employee or an applicant for employment.
Unreasonably interferes with work performance.
Creates an intimidating, hostile or offensive work environment.
Sexual Harassment also includes:
Sex stereotyping: Treating an employee or applicant unfavorably based on stereotypical beliefs about how a certain gender should dress, talk, or act; it can take the form of same-sex harassment.
Pregnancy: Treating a female employee or applicant unfavorably because of pregnancy, childbirth, or a medical condition related to pregnancy or childbirth.
