In response to recent reports of deceptive or misleading behavior by education institutions, the Department of Defense (DoD) and other federal agencies have partnered to create an online complaint system designed to collect feedback on problems with education institutions experienced by Veterans, Service members and their families pursuing higher education through the Post-9/11 GI Bill, Military Tuition Assistance, and other education benefit programs. If you or your family member is a Tuition Assistance (TA) or My Career Advancement Account (MyCAA) Scholarship recipient, you are encouraged to report misleading or unfair actions by education institutions at: http://www.militaryonesource.mil/voluntary-education/complaint
