The Southern Review of Legislative and Regulatory Actions provides current information regarding environmental and energy-related actions and events throughout the REEO-S area of responsibility: Federal EPA Region 4 (Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee). The events reported may be relevant to U.S. Army and other Military Services' activities and operations. The Southern Review is designed to alert environmental decision makers, planners, and program managers of developments potentially relevant to overall responsibilities. The document also highlights professional development opportunities, and may be used to help an Installation satisfy Section 4.3.2 (legal and other requirements) of ISO 14001. In order to streamline the Review, only recent rule developments are presented. Relevant, ongoing rulemaking is maintained here.
