Patient Comments

See what our patients are saying:

Harker Heights Medical Home
ICE comment: April 2016
"Tricare has a reputation for having substandard doctors and services. This was definitely NOT displayed during this visit. We were seen quickly and Dr. Motas and the staff were professional, friendly and helpful. I had never visited this office before and I was helped through the processes and shown every courtesy. In 17 years of being in the military, I have never had a better visit to a doctor."
Emergency Department
ICE comment: May 2016
"I just wanted to give a shout out to the EMS and Emergency Room team there. I was injured Friday while working in post and they took great care of me. The one thing that is different in my case is that I'm not a soldier or a family member, I'm a Department of the Army civilian employee. I felt like I got great care. The nurse assigned to my case was great, he made sure I was informed and comfortable through the whole process. Keep up the great work."
