No–Shows

Missed appointments compromise our ability to provide you quality care and hinder our ability to meet TRICARE access standards. For these reasons, there is a 24-hour cancellation phone number, 288-7777, available to cancel appointments.

Late Appointments

To process information and complete check-in procedures, patients should arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. At the discretion of the provider, we will try to see late arrivals. If this is not possible, the receptionist will, using the patient appointment system, offer to reschedule the patient. Patients who are not satisfied with the alternative may speak to designated person in that clinic who may offer other options on a case-by-case basis.
