Refill Pharmacy at the Fort Hood Post Exchange
The Refill Pharmacy is located in the Clear Creek Post Exchange on Clear Creek Road inside the Customer Service area. Because of the large number of patients, Darnall requires that patients request refills in advance. Patients may use the 24-hour automated telephone refill system, or mail in their requests using forms provided by the pharmacy.

Medical home pharmacies are open only to patients enrolled in the specific Medical Home and are not open to other patients. Providers will prescribe only medications that are available in the medical home pharmacy. When patients require other medications, they can be picked up at Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center. Refills are picked up at in Medical Home Pharmacy.
Clinic Pharmacies
The Bennett, Monroe, Collier and Moore Health Clinics have pharmacies located inside the clinics. These pharmacies provide services to patients seen in those clinics for new prescriptions only. The phone-in refill system should be used for all refill requests.
Prescriptions from civilian providers must be filled at the Main Pharmacy at Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center.
