This office maintains the Records Holding Area for the Installation.

This office approves all office symbols and Office Records List (ORLs) for IMCOM Agencies. IMCOM agencies must go to request approval of their office symbols and ORLs. Office symbols must be approved prior to updating ORLs. ORLs are tied to Office Symbols I of the Records Management System.

All FORSCOM agencies must see the FORSCOM point of contact for approval of their office symbols and ORLs.
