Military OneSource phone number and chat link.

The Military OneSource and Military Family Life Counseling programs offer non-medical counseling to help service members and their families navigate military life, and the challenges it sometimes presents. With the confidential, free support of a qualified counselor, you can get help working through topics like:

  • Marital problems
  • Relationships at school or work
  • Parenting
  • Stress management
  • Adjustment difficulties
  • Grief and loss
  • Other emotional/interpersonal issues

Call us at 800-342-9647 or chat with us now to get started with non-medical counseling.

Why should I consider non-medical counseling?

Our counselors understand military life and can relate to your experiences. Seeking help from an unbiased counselor is a helpful first step and can prevent an emotional or interpersonal struggle from becoming more serious.

Non-medical counseling is completely confidential - even your spouse or parents (if you're at least 18 years old) don't need to know you've reached out for help. The only times confidentiality does not apply are when there is a duty for the counselor to report situations of harm or potential harm to yourself or another person. Learn more about confidentiality.

Best of all, this service is free. Call or chat with us now to set up your first session.
