  • EEO/No Fear

    (CAC Required or AKO Login) This training can be delivered Face to Face or Online. This training is targeted toward all employees to provide training on defining sexual harassment, identifying incidents of sexual harassment, and taking responsibility for prevention. Training will include opportunities for role-play and discussion around cases designed to discriminate between gender discrimination and sexual harassment. FREQUENCY: Annual TIME TO COMPLETE: 2 hours

  • Anti-Terrorism Level 1 Training

    (CAC Required or Register) This stand alone training is sponsored by the Joint Staff in coordination with the Military Services. Completion of this training meets the annual requirement for Level I Antiterrorism Training prescribed by DoDI 2000.16. The purpose of this training is to increase your awareness of terrorism and to improve your ability to apply personal protective measures. It also provides links to resources you can use in the future. FREQUENCY: Annual TIME TO COMPLETE: 2 hours

  • OPSEC

    (No CAC Required) This is an interactive web-based course that provides OPSEC awareness for military members, government employees, contractors and dependents. The course provides information on the basic need to protect unclassified information about operations and personal information to ensure safe and successful operations and personal safety. FREQUENCY: Annual TIME TO COMPLETE: 2 hours

  • INFOSEC

    This training provides individuals an understanding of the information systems security policies, roles, responsibility, practices, procedures and concepts related to INFOSEC.FREQUENCY: Annual TIME TO COMPLETE: 30 minutes

  • Constitution Day

    (No CAC Required) Is designed to assist employees on recognizing the major political events that necessitated the writing of the U.S. Constitution, identify the basic concepts embodied in the U.S. Constitution, and recall the direct link that DoD employees have with the U.S. Constitution. FREQUENCY: Annual TIME TO COMPLETE: 30 minutes

  • Risk Management Civilian Basic Course (DL)

    (CAC Required to Register) This is a one-time requirement course that is designed to assist individuals to properly analyze environments/training/missions/duties etc. for potential hazards. Provides proper methods and techniques needed to mitigate hazards. FREQUENCY: Initial course then Annual unit/section level refresher training. TIME TO COMPLETE: 4 hours

  • Combat Trafficking In Persons (CTIP)

    (CAC Required) This training deals frankly and candidly with the realities of trafficking in persons (TIP), which capitalizes on human misery and exploitation. To some people, being exposed to the details about trafficking in persons (TIP) may be considered distasteful. This training is intended to increase everyone's awareness of that issue and to help serve to end it. FREQUENCY: Annual TIME TO COMPLETE: 1.5 hours

  • SHARP Phase 1

    (CAC Required or AKO Login) This course is specifically designed to teach civilians how to intervene, meaning to recognize that when someone is dealing with harassment and/or has been sexually assaulted. The training then offers training on to Act, meaning to offer the individual different options for reporting, or reaching out for help, the training will provide a list of resource.   • Threat Awareness and Reporting Program (TARP)

    - The Fort Campbell Field Office currently conducts open TARP briefings at the education center auditorium from 0930-1030. These briefings are offered on a first come first serve basis!!!FREQUENCY: Annual TIME TO COMPLETE: 2 hours

  • Army Substance Abuse Program (ASAP)

    - This is a Face to Face course. ASAP is formerly known as the Army Drug and Alcohol Prevention and Control Program is to educate and train Soldiers and Civilians about drugs and alcohol and the potential pact/consequences of use and/or abuse.   • Suicide Prevention

    - This is a Face to Face course. This course is designed to offer training and resources to all personnel who would be able to assist in saving another’s life from the individual's own self harm.     • On the right side of the Fort Campbell Intranet home page under Fort Campbell Links, select “Fort Campbell Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) - 2016” (AUP).
    • You will need to read the entire AUP policy letter, complete additional training in Section VI and digitally sign the document.
    • You will need to upload this to ATCTS or send a copy to your Training Coordinator/ATCTS Manager.

Civilian Education System (CES)

  • Foundation Course (All grades hired after Sep 2006)

    - This is a Distant Learning course designed for all employees GS1-GS15 to participate in self-paced (not to exceed 6 Months) course consisting of modules that provide an orientation to being an Army Civilian and an introduction to the Army. FREQUENCY: INITIAL ENTRY- ONE TIME REQUIREMENT TIME TO COMPLETE: 44 ACAD hours

  • Basic Course (GS1-9)

    - The BC consists of a dL course and a two week resident course. The resident course will be taken after successful completion of the dL course and takes place in a university setting encompassing a classroom environment and small group seminars. The dL phase must be completed prior to taking the resident phase. The time length between completing the dL course and beginning the resident course should not exceed 180 days. FREQUENCY: ONE TIME REQUIREMENT TIME TO COMPLETE: 2 weeks

  • Intermediate Course (GS10-12)

    - This course is focused on preparing Army Civilians for increased responsibilities to exercise direct and indirect leadership and supervision. It will enhance your ability to lead people and manage human and financial resources. You will be able to develop a cohesive and effective organization. You will increase your ability to be flexible and resilient while accomplishing the mission. Program Details The IC consists of a dL course and a three-week resident course. FREQUENCY: ONE TIME REQUIREMENT TIME TO COMPLETE: 3 weeks

  • Advanced Course (GS13-15)

    - This course is designed for Civilian leaders in permanent appointment supervisor or managerial positions and who are adaptive, innovative, self-aware, and capable of effectively leading a complex organization, guiding programs, and managing associated resources. The training focus is on strategic thinking and assessment, change management, developing a cohesive organization, managing a diverse workplace, and management of resources. FREQUENCY: ONE TIME REQUIREMENT TIME TO COMPLETE: 4 weeks

  • CESL (GS14-15)

    - The CESL is conducted through blended learning - pre-course work and a 4.5-day resident course. The resident course consists of both small and large group activities. The course structure is a combination of guest speakers and interactive exercises on subjects like National Security Personnel Challenges, Strategic Thinking, Knowledge Management, and Cultural Well Being. Updates on Army initiatives are also included in the program. FREQUENCY: ONE TIME REQUIREMENT TIME TO COMPLETE: 4.5 days

  • Supervisor Development Course (All Supervisors)

    - This course is entirely Distance Learning. Students have 120 days from the time of enrollment to complete this course. Once 120 days has passed, the course will no longer be accessible and students will have to register again. There a final test at the end of the course. Students must score at least an 80% to pass the course and will have two opportunities to pass the test. FREQUENCY: ONCE EVERY 3 YEARS TIME TO COMPLETE: 39 ACAD hours

  • Resident Supervisor Development Course (All Supervisors)

    - This four day course is designed to arm supervisors on Fort Campbell with the knowledge and information they will need to best lead the installation workforce. It is a onetime requirement for all supervisors. Please note that this course is NOT in lieu of the mandatory online Supervisor Development Course.   • Equivalent Credit - Employees who have equivalent Professional Military Education (PME), Civilian legacy or other-service PME courses that are NOT listed on their ATRRS training record may manually upload the certificate(s) in CHRTAS to gain equivalent credit for CES courses.   • Constructive Credit - Course credit may be granted to individuals who clearly demonstrate the requisite competencies and have achieved the same learning outcomes as the comparable CES course; training with other services, academic training, or supervisory experiences. Employee Assistance Program

Resilience is the ability of people to cope with stress and crisis, and then rebound quickly. Highly resilient people have stress-resistant personalities. They don't fall apart during crisis; they're able to cope well with adversity, and learn valuable lessons from their tough experience.

  • Team Building Training for Organizations. - One of the most powerful reasons for team building is to get results. Through a series of planned team building events that are fun and motivational, teams build skills like communication, planning, problem-solving and conflict resolution. The EAP provides team bonding ideas, training and experiences that work to help Supervisors and Managers facilitate long term team building through fostering genuine connections, deeper discussions and processing.
