This site is provided as a public service by the Headquarters, Department of the Army and the HQDA Information Management Center.

Information presented on this site is considered public information and may be distributed or copied. Use of appropriate byline/photo/image credits is required.

This government computer system may collect information provided voluntarily by you or automatically by your browser. Software programs are then used to create summary statistics, which are used for such purposes as assessing what information is of most and least interest, determining technical design specifications, and identifying system performance or problem areas.

This system does not use "Cookies".

For site security purposes and to ensure that this service remains available to all users, this government computer system employs software programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage.

Except as identified above, and for authorized law enforcement investigations, no other attempts are made to identify individual users or their usage habits. Raw data logs are used for no other purposes and are scheduled for regular destruction in accordance with National Archives and Records Administration General Schedule 20.

Unauthorized attempts to upload information or change information on this service are strictly prohibited and may be punishable under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986 and the National Information Infrastructure Protection Act.

OAA Information Quality Guidelines

The Office of the Administrative Assistant to the Secretary of the Army (OAA) is committed to ensuring the information quality of all content posted and/or distributed for external parties in accordance with IAW DA PAM 25-1-1. OAA conducts a multi-level review of content prior to posting/dissemination at supervisory, technical, subject matter expert, operational security, and/or legal levels as appropriate. OAA's multi-level review process ensures the neutrality, usefulness, and integrity of information used and distributed.
