1-309th Infantry Battalion (TSBN), 174th Infantry Brigade

Mission

1st Training Support Battalion, 309th Regiment trains and certifies Trainer/Mentors(T/M) capable of executing specified individual task training. On order, mobilizes, deploys to Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, and conducts post-mobilization training of US Army Reserve, National Guard, Navy, Air Force, and Coast Guard units IAW theater specific requirements and First Army directives to prepare Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, and Coast Guardsmen for deployment in support of Overseas Contingency Operations.
