Mission

3rd Battalion (TS) (CS/CSS) 312th Regiment trains and certifies Observer Coach/Trainers (OC/T) capable of executing a broad spectrum of individual and collective training to assist partner commanders improve unit readiness during pre-mobilization, within the Pioneer Area of Responsibility. On order, mobilizes, deploys to Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, and conducts post-mobilization training of US Army Reserve, National Guard, Navy, Air Force, and Coast Guard units IAW theater specific requirements and First Army directives to prepare Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, and Coast Guardsmen for deployment in support of Overseas Contingency Operations.
