STRATEGIC INTEGRATION
Mission
Provide collective analysis for strategic integration throughout ASA(M&RA) organization, to ensure the ASA/PDASA develop best-value strategies and tactics that directly correlate with the Secretary of the Army's vision and intent to inform Army Manpower and Reserve Affair policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development of M&RA goals/priorities
- Lead development of Army Human Capital (HC) Management strategy
- Integrate M&RA equities into Army/DoD strategic planning guidance and initiatives
- Lead development of strategic programming guidance across MMPEG, TT PEG, OO PEG and other M&RA equities
- Integrate programming/budgeting across MMPEG, TT PEG, OO PEG and other M&RA equities
- Lead the M&RA Army Campaign Plan (ACP) effort
- Lead the M&RA ACP Strategic Efforts
- Provide M&RA guidance to Human Resource Management (HRM) Domain
- Oversee M&RA business systems IT investments in the HRM Domain
- Represent M&RA IT equities in the Network Mission Area (NMA)
