Mission

The Warrior Transition Office (WTO) will ensure access to Warrior Care and Transition Program (WCTP) for Soldiers assigned to the US Army Europe (USAREUR) operating environment and provide WCTP support to Soldiers assigned within the following Combatant Commands: European Command (EUCOM), African Command (ARICOM), US Army Africa (USARAF), Special Operations Command Europe (SOCOMEUR), and Central Command (CENTCOM).

The Warrior Transition Office (WTO) is the regional proponent for the Warrior Care and Transition Program (WCTP).  The RHCE WTO provides support and oversight of care for wounded, ill, and injured Soldiers assigned or attached in the region.
