Mr. Scott Reed is a Division Chief in the Adaptive Execution Office. He is the principal lead for transitioning technology to the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Africa Command and U.S. European Command, with an additional focus on U.S Air Force Special Program applications.
Mr. Reed has more than 30 years of experience in the operational employment of air power and enabling capabilities to achieve national security objectives worldwide, including four operational assignments supporting the air superiority mission of the F-15C Eagle. He served in staff positions at the numbered Air Force, major command and headquarters levels and held various leadership positions at the squadron and group levels culminating as Vice Wing Commander at Lakenheath Air Base in the United Kingdom. He has more than 4,000 flying hours, including more than 2,300 hours in the F-15C.
Mr. Reed is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy and holds a Master of National Security Strategy degree from the National War College, Master of Military Operational Art and Science degree from the Air Command and Staff College, and Master of Science in Aeronautics and Astronautics from the University of Washington under a Boeing Endowment for Excellence.
