Assessment
It's not unusual for Service Members to feel lonely when they come home after a deployment, but it's important that you don't cut yourself off from family and friends, especially if you're feeling isolated or alone. No one likes everybody, and not everyone needs to like you: all it takes is one or two people. Don't cut yourself off from the people in your life who care about you.
