For PERSONAL MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT use the following search terms for your town or zip code: For example, "Psychologists, 98502", or "Psychologists, Olympia, WA"

• Psychologist: Psychologists are doctoral level providers who have a Ph.D. or Psy.D. after their name. They provide a wide range of mental health services including counseling/ psychotherapy, and psychological testing including evaluations of memory and diagnosis of mental health conditions.
• Psychiatrist: Psychiatrists are physicians who have an MD after their name. They are medical specialists who are able to prescribe medications for mental health problems like depression, anxiety and many others psychological illnesses.
• Social Worker: Social Workers usually have Masters degrees and provide counseling for many psychological issues. They frequently are aware of a wide range of community resources.
• Counselors: Counselors usually have Masters degrees and provide counseling for many psychological issues.
