Change Management
DTMO has a formal change management program that provides DoD with a structured plan and process for identifying and administering changes to commercial travel requirements. Proposed changes are reviewed for consideration by two Governance Boards composed of O-6 and O-8 level government representatives, or their equivalent. Requests submitted to DTMO adhere to the change management process and are managed by a democratic forum.

DoD Services and Agencies are encouraged to advocate their ideas to DTMO through their designated representatives for improving current systems, policies, and procedures.
