JCSS aborts when I try to use it on a system without a compiler installed, did I install it properly?

Users who do not have a proper compiler setup or have older versions of the Microsoft compiler installed (i.e., pre-Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 SP1), may need to install the Microsoft Redistributable Package for Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1. This will allow JCSS to have access to the necessary library versions it needs to run properly.
