The Human Capital Management Office (HCMO) is dedicated to strengthening the ability of the Defense Security Service (DSS) to attract, educate, and retain a mission ready workforce with a broad range of experiences, backgrounds, and skill sets. The core value of the office is to develop and sustain programs that will ensure a robust, skilled, engaged, and diverse workforce to support the mission of DSS.
