The Customer Service Support Branch is part of the Beneficiary Education and Support Directorate at the TRICARE
Management Activity in Falls Church, Virginia. Established in November 2002, TRICARE University’s goal is to provide MHS support staff, with
less than 3 years of TRICARE experience, with comprehensive training and the tools to provide accurate and up to date information on the
TRICARE benefit and policy.
The training objectives are to:
- Identify Military Health System (MHS) beneficiary contact staff training requirements
- Develop the appropriate curricula, and
- Deliver top notch classroom-based and online courseware to ensure a well-informed MHS staff
