The scope of this study is for roadway resurfacing and access management.

Current Conditions

The current road is undivided with two 12-foot travel lanes and open ditches for most of the length.  Some sections have a curb and gutter section.  A small portion is four lanes undivided from US 59 to Avenue C.

Proposed Improvements

• Resurface the entire length of BF 1960A
  
• Construct 14-ft. raised median, with left-turn bays at intersections from Lee Road to FM 1960 East of Humble
  
• Intersection improvements at Kenswick Dr.
  
• Drainage improvements
  
• Install sidewalks throughout
