Responsibilities
The Community Development Department provides planning, development, historic preservation, and building services to the citizens of Granbury. The department provides community information regarding subdivision regulations, census data, population changes, and future development objectives.

Community development acts as liaison to the Planning & Zoning Commission, Zoning Board of Adjustment, Historic Preservation Commission, and the City Council.
