Strategic Services

Strategic Services is responsible for the product management and project management of the multiple initiatives requested to ITSS. The product managers work directly with each of our customers to facilitate the process of submitting an Initiative Request (IR) to be analyzed and processed following the governance structure established for approval of work within ITSS. Once those initiatives are approved and become a project, the project managers are in charge of the planning and controls established to oversee the execution and delivery of the initiative, providing continuous communication to our customers throughout the project.
