• Meets admission requirements of Toulouse School of Graduate Studies
• Has history of at least one-year full-time employment (does not necessarily need to be employment in the field of rehabilitation)

• GRE scores
• Two letters of recommendation (one from previous instructor, one from previous employer)

• Personal interview with designated department graduate faculty members
