All packages should contain these items:
- One electronic copy of the final product, including audio files and closed-captioning and visually described files.
- A list of keywords to be used during Web formatting.
- Written permission to replicate information or materials as necessary.
- Copies of all comments from the peer reviewers or pilot-test participants.
- An executive summary of the product that highlights significant findings.
- A statement highlighting the significance of the content or its special relevance to the field.
- A statement about why the proposed final format of the product
(e.g., videotape, DVD) will be useful in the field.
