Ordering
When ordering hardcopy publications from this website, you can order only one copy of a particular document. If you want to order more than one copy of a document, you need to send an email to nscep@bps-lmit.com and reference the document title and number, the quantity you would like to receive, and your name and mailing address. Requests for multiple copies may be handled differently. If necessary an NSCEP customer service staff person will contact you..
Ordering options are dependent upon your specific needs. The following methods are available to you:

NSCEP publications may be ordered quickly and easily using our electronic bookshelf shopping cart . Click on the publication number after choosing from one or more of the following selections:

Delivery Options For Hardcopy Documents
Except for large or special mailings that require special handling or scheduling, all orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt.
Delivery Within the U.S.
All regular orders are shipped USPS First Class or USPS Media mail service, depending on weight and content of the order. Delivery times range from 1 to 5 weeks, depending on destination and mail class.
Delivery Outside the U.S.
Orders going outside the U.S. are shipped "surface mail". Delivery times range from 7 to 10 weeks to get to the destination country. Delivery once inside the country is dependent upon each particular country's postal system and may lengthen delivery time.
