Penalties of Grant Fraud

If you are found guilty of grant fraud, you may be subject to any or all of the following:

• A ban from receiving future funding;
• Administrative recoveries of funds;
• Civil lawsuits and criminal prosecution; and
• A combination of all or some of these remedies.
