Assistant Chief of Staff G-6

 

The ACofS, G6 advises and assists the 13th ESC Commander and Staff on all matters pertaining to Command & Control Communications Information Systems; coordinates with other Signal Staffs and Major Subordinate Commands to determine requirements for exercises and operations. G6 is the interface with the Corps Signal Bde for external communications and force integration matters affecting the Corps, the Corps Support Groups, and separate Battalions. G6 manages all COMSEC and Radio Frequency (RF) allocations. G6 designs, installs, operates, and maintains the 13th ESC Local and Wide Area Networks in support of all phases and levels of Corps & Division employment. G6 also provides a 13th ESC's Tactical Information Service Support Office (ISSO) Activity.
