September 20, in the morning buses depart the Hilton Knoxville Airport to the ORNL tour and, after lunch, transportation will be provided for tour participants to the Parkvista Hotel in Gatlinburg, TN

Arriving in Gatlinburg (if not part of the tour)

The Park Vista Hotel in Gatlinburg is 47 miles from the Knoxville airport McGhee Tyson, which is not an international airport. Taxis and major automobile rental agencies are located in the airport's baggage claim area (go to www.tys.org/ and point to "Ground Transportation", then click on "Taxis, Limousines and Buses" or "Car Rental").

Executive Limo and Sedan is our official ground transportation between the Tyson airport in Knoxville and the Park Vista Hotel in Gatlinburg, TN. All rides need to be reserved in advance by either calling (1+)865-671-2509, faxing (1+) 865-966-0632, or e-mailing limosofknoxville@netzero.net your name, arrival date, and flight# and/or departure date and flight#, and your credit card information. When e-mailing, it is safer to provide the credit card information in a separate phone call or fax.

Approximate cost is $45 one-way fare. A $75 one-way fare is applicable for other dates if no other passenger can be found for the same time slot, and or if you want to leave shortly after your arrival. A confirmation will be sent up on receiving the credit card information. With a prepaid reservation, a driver will meet you near the luggage carousels with your name on a placard. Transport are by 14-passenger van, minivan, or sedan depending on the number of reservations for a given time frame.

Nearest International Airports are either Nashville (Tennessee) International Airport 217 miles/3.5 hours to the west or the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport in Atlanta, Georgia, 206 miles/4 hours to the south.
