Important Dates

July 1, 2011: Submission of registration application including sample information

July 8, 2011: Notification of acceptance to workshop

August TBD 2011: Hotel registration deadline (place to be determined)

September 2, 2011: Completion of web-based training

September 6, 2011: Workshop begins

Note: All workshop attendees need to complete site access and training requirements to be a user of the EQ-SANS instrument at Oak Ridge National Laboratory.

Because this is a hands-on workshop, attendance is limited. There is no registration fee. You will receive confirmation of your acceptance no later than July 1, 2011. All attendees must be approved for site access to ORNL and complete safety training before the workshop.
