Actions in Response to the Japan Nuclear Accident: August 30, 2012

On August 30, 2012, the NRC staff issued implementation guidance to enable U.S. nuclear power plants to achieve compliance with each of the Orders. The staff developed this guidance through engagement of stakeholders in a series of public meetings on each of the orders and requests for information.
