Fleet Card

USDA Fleet Charge Card Program is managed under the USDA CCSC. The fleet charge card is the tool for purchasing fuel, maintenance and/or repairs for any USDA-owned or leased vehicle, boat, aircraft, or motorized piece of equipment. USDA's partnership with U.S. Bank and the Visa fleet card should prove advantageous for the USDA Fleet community, since the Visa card is much more widely accepted.

U.S. Bank's Access® Online system is the electronic system that is used for establishing and managing the fleet charge cards, including card ordering, transaction disputing and reports generation for monitoring card usage. Access to various topics - such as departmental regulations, policy and guides; fleet points of contact; using Access® Online; training materials; and frequently asked questions - are available to provide guidance in the use and administration of the Fleet Card Program.
