• Resume
• List of Goals (what do you hope to gain from this experience?)
• Writing Sample (one page as it relates to your major in school)
• Student Employment Data Form (CLICK HERE to download form)
• Unofficial Transcripts
• Letters of Recommendation - Need 2  (one from a teacher/professor at your current school and one from a present or past employer)

Should you need to mail (not recommended) any of the documents above please take into consideration that the delivery of mail can be delayed due to a variety of reasons. Ensure you get your document(s) in the mail in enough time to ensure delivery by the deadline of 2 November 2012.
