Brigadier General Barrye L. Price

Brigadier General Barrye Price is a 1985 Distinguished Military Graduate of the University of Houston's College of Business Administration. He earned a Master of Arts Degree in History in 1994 from Texas A&M University and in 1997 he became the first African-American to obtain a doctorate from the Department of History in the 136-year history of Texas A&M University. He also earned a Master of Science Degree in National Security Strategy from the National Defense University in 2004.

Colonel Lillian Anita Dixon

Colonel Lillian Anita Dixon is a native of Fort Dix, New Jersey. She is a 1985 graduate of Hampton University in Hampton, Virginia, where she earned a bachelors degree in Political Science. In 1985, she was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in the Adjutant General's Corps. Her military education includes the Adjutant General's Corps Officer Basic and Advanced Courses, Combined Arms Services Staff School, Command and General Staff College and attendance at the National Defense University, graduating from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces with a Master's Degree in National Resources Strategy.

SGM Paulette August-Spicer

SGM August-Spicer is a native of Houston, Texas. She entered the Army May 1986 as an Administrative Specialist (71L). She attended Basic Combat Training and Advance Individual Training at Fort Jackson, South Carolina.

SGM August-Spicer is currently servicing in the Army G1, Human Resources Policy Directorate as the directorate SGM and the Army's Equal Opportunity SGM. SGM August-Spicer also served in Operation Desert Shield/Operation Desert Storm and Operation Iraqi Freedom (Iraq).
