The Employee Benefits Information System (EBIS) is a web-based application that allows all Department of Navy civillian employees to conduct their own benefits transactions electronically and allows access to personal benefits information. It is a secure website available 24 hours a day/7 days a week. Your personal information is protected and available only to you. You can review general and personal benefits.

Federal Government Benefits
The Marine Corps offers its employees both civilian and military a variety of Career Benefits that include that ability to participate in an alternate work schedule program. The Marine Corps also offers the Federal Employees Group Life Insurance Program (FEGLI) to employees, the Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Program and the Federal Employees Retirement System (FERS) is the Retirement plan for those entering Federal service under a permanent appointment.
