Generally, the CBSV application and web services are operational during the following hours:

Although most of our software maintenance occurs on weekends, SSA reserves the right to shut down all services at any time in order to conduct maintenance or network repairs. Service outage messages are posted on the Business Services Online page.
CBSV Technical and Support Services
Generally, SSA can provide technical and support services Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM Eastern Time. However, SSA programmatic workloads and support take priority over CBSV support. CBSV technical and support services are not available on federal holidays.
