The Parents As Teachers philosophy is that parents are their child's first and most influential teachers and the true experts on their child. PAT program components are monthly in-home visits, playground, health and developmental screening, and resource and referral. PAT staff uses the Born to Learn curriculum which contains the latest neuroscience information. Working with military families throughout pregnancy until their child is five. The PAT Heroes At Home program helps parents develop secure attachment and encourage their child's development so they will learn, grow and develop to their full potential

Primary Care/WAMC Department of Family Medicine
Clark Health Clinic
Description:
 Offers full- service Family Medicine including all  aspects of outpatient care for Soldiers,  pediatrics, adults, geriatrics and obstetrics. Includes minor procedures, wellness screening, referrals, Advice Nurse and immunizations. Special services include, healthcare finders, social work, psychology, Respect-Mil, periodic health assessments for Soldiers, radiology, pharmacy, laboratory, flight medicine, chiropractic services, optometry, audiology,  and medical disability processing. Enrolled beneficiaries are assigned to a Primary Care Manager (PCM) that practices as part of a multidisciplinary Continuity of Care Team (CCT) that provides for the Patient-Centered Medical Home model of primary care at Ft. Bragg.

Beneficiaries enrolled to the Department of Family Medicine including AD, retirees and their family members. Enrollment policy may be adjusted based on availability of providers.
