Location: BLDG 225 DSN Phone: 476-2465 or 2455 CIV Phone: 09662-83-2465 or 2455 Hours: Monday-Thursday: 0800-1200 and 1300-1600 Friday: 0800-1200 Our Health Care Finders will provide you the referral packet, authorization and handoff paperwork necessary for your Host Nation specialty appointment. For routine specialty care requests please contact the Health Care Finders at the TRICARE Referral Office about 5 business days after your consult was entered by your military physician. Once you have picked up your referral packet you may contact the specialty provider directly to set up the appointment. If you would like assistance with setting up your civilian referral appointment you can contact the Overseas TRICARE Contractor ISOS toll free at 0800-5891599 (this number may not be free from a cell phone), or you may ask the Health Care Finders for assistance. On Wednesday and Friday afternoons most German doctor offices are closed, therefore, referral appointments cannot be scheduled for you during that time. TRICARE website |
