Home of the National Aircraft Accident Investigation School, TSI provide premiere training in instrument flight procedures, aviation safety and accident investigation techniques and management through workshops, field activities, individual studies and hands-on training. Courses cover aviations most current information in all aspects of civil and public aviation accident investigation and flight procedures. Overall the Aviation Safety Division currently manages sixteen courses; seven Instrument Flight Procedures training courses and nine courses in aviation safety and accident investigation management.

A newly formed division that combines two pre-existing divisions of TSI"Hazardous Materials" and "Special Programs". The Division provides a variety of transportation safety related courses to federal, state and private industry audiences including hazardous materials, risk management, and motor carrier compliance. In addition, we provide a myriad of other products and services including course development, program management, and event scheduling.

Develops and delivers highway safety training programs for local, state, and federal highway professionals to include occupant protection, law enforcement, impaired driving, emergency medical services, and comprehensive traffic safety program management training. Operations also include three levels of training for National Highway Traffic Safety Administrations (NHTSA) "National Automotive Sampling System" field personnel in support of crash research.

Develops and delivers a broad variety of transit bus and rail safety and security training and education to the transit industryboth private and public sector. Courses equip transit personnel with high performance skills needed to effectively operate, maintain, and manage public transportation systems.

TSI provides performance-based motor carrier safety training emphasizing the practical side of regulatory compliance.

As the United States moves towards non-petroleum based fuels to protect our environment and decrease our dependence on imported petroleum, our nation's emergency responders must be knowledgeable and able to identify possible hazards. TSI offers a course that will educate and prepare first responders at the awareness level for the potential risks related to hydrogen incidents, identify the advantages of hydrogen use, identify proper ways to handle hydrogen, and identify and initiate proper procedures when dealing with a hydrogen hazard and/or incident.

TSI has developed several courses in support of the DoD Traffic Safety program to reduce deaths, injuries, and property damage caused by vehicular mishaps. TSI courses include real-world hands-on exercises and field activities to prepare participants for immediate transfer of information from a classroom environment to on-the-job situations. Our current DoD Traffic Safety courses are:

The prevention of injuries and fatalities is DOT's highest priority and TSI leads the way in human factor training. TSI provides extensive training for DOT Drug and Alcohol Compliance for the motor carrier, aviation, and transit bus and rail industries. Some of our Human Factors courses include:
