Welcome to the Eisenhower Army Medical Center Infectious Disease Clinic. Our clinic cares for adults with a variety of infectious diseases, including bacterial, mycobacterial, viral, fungal, and parasitic infections. Services are offered in the following areas…

1. Travel Medicine Clinic

2. Patients with HIV infection or AIDS

3. Complicated Infectious Disease Consultation

The Travel Medicine Clinic offers counseling on travel-related precautions, antibiotic prophylaxis, and required immunizations for recreational, official, or non-official travel. Patients may directly call the clinic to make an appointment for pre-travel consultation; you do not need a referral. For optimal care, travel appointments should be made at least 4 weeks prior to the date of travel. Patients should bring their up to date immunization record to during travel clinic appointments.

Patient Information:

The I.D. Clinic is located on 8 West.

Hours: 0730 - 1600, Monday - Friday.
Referral is by Consultation, SF 513 from Primary or Specialty Care Provider, with the exception of the travel clinic.

Patients should bring their Outpatient Medical Records to all appointments.
