Greetings from the US Coast Guard Band’s public affairs office! The press materials posted on our website will assist you, a Coast Guard Band tour concert host, in producing a successful, well-attended concert. Except for a press release, a photo and bio of the instrumental soloist, and a concert program, all of the publicity material you need from the band’s public affairs office is on the website.
Should you have any questions about publicizing the concert, please contact the band’s public affairs officer, MUCS Andy Grenci, at (860) 701-6822 or via email.

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENTS (.pdf)
Use this script to create public service announcements to distribute to local radio stations. The MP3 file of Semper Paratus, the official service song of the US Coast Guard, is included for use as background music.
We will email a concert program to you several weeks before the concert. Two samples are provided here. Copy the program onto 8 ½”x11” paper, double sided. A brochure will be sent to you about two months before the performance. (There is no need to stuff the programs into the brochure.)
