COPS Hiring Recovery Program (CHRP) grantees are required to submit two types of quarterly Program Progress Reports. The first is the Recovery Act quarterly programmatic progress report that should be completed through the www.FederalReporting.gov website. The Recovery Act report is due ten days after the end of each calendar quarter. The second quarterly report is to be submitted directly to the COPS Office through the Account Access portion of the COPS Office website at www.cops.usdoj.gov and is due 30 days after the end of the calendar quarter. The Community Policing Self-Assessment Tool (CP-SAT) is an online survey that helps your agency measure its progress in implementing community policing. CP-SAT confidentially captures information about community partnerships, problem solving, and organizational change. Upon completion, agencies will receive an easy-to-use Summary Report that summarizes their data so agency management can identify the community policing strengths and areas for improvement.
