A 2007 graduate of Coast Guard Officer Candidate School, LT Wiltshire served most recently as Navigator and Boarding Team Leader in USS Princeton (CG 59), where he earned his Surface Warfare Officer qualification. LT Wiltshire’s first assignment was as a Deck Watch Officer in CGC Seneca (WMEC 906). While attending Tulane University, LT Wiltshire was the Director of Tulane’s Emergency Medical Response Service, which he led in response to Hurricanes Katrina and Rita in New Orleans and the Gulf Coast.
